Availability service
At Villeroy & Boch, we are convinced of the durability of our products. To ensure you can use and appreciate your Villeroy & Boch crockery for many years to come, our availability service notifies you up to 12 months in advance of the discontinuation of a series. You then have sufficient time to purchase missing items or complete your set. This saves valuable resources and makes a contribution to more sustainable consumption.
Breakages guarantee
Our products are made to last. If one of your children’s crockery items from the Disney Frozen, Disney Stitch or Kiddy Bears collections becomes damaged within two years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. This reduces unnecessary waste and ensures lasting enjoyment for you and your family. Little mishaps can quickly be forgotten – a sustainable approach and easy solutions.

Our commitment for people and the environment
Beyond the product life cycle, we are also actively working to build a more sustainable future. We are continuously investing in the use of alternative energies and the conversion of our firing processes to sources such as hydrogen or electricity. We also place great emphasis on recycling glaze and ceramic production parts to achieve high resource and energy efficiency.
Our objective is to achieve Zero Waste to Landfill and be a climate-neutral company. At the same time, we are optimising our products and packaging, and championing fair working conditions, human rights, diversity and inclusion as well as social commitment across our entire value chain.
