Product Safety Recall – Children's Glass Collection
At Villeroy & Boch, we place the highest priority on the safety and quality of our products. Unfortunately, the children's tumblers in the Hungry as a Bear, Happy as a Bear, Roar like a Lion and Walk like an Elephant collections do not meet these high standards.
For this reason, we are recalling the tumblers in these collections.
The following item numbers are affected: 14-8665-7458, 14-8664-7458, 14-8673-7458, 14-8674-7458
There is a risk that the affected children’s glasses could break if pressure is applied on the inside of the products. This could lead to injuries. The reason for the quality variation is overly high tension in the glass used for the affected children’s glasses, originating in the production process.
What should you do?
Inform others of this recall, in particular if you know someone who has been offered, lent or sold the recalled product or received one as a gift.
Please be so kind as to mail these children’s glasses back to Villeroy & Boch with freepost.
We will of course refund you the purchase price even without proof of purchase.
